Job Summary We are looking for a Female Accountant Officer, with strong accounting expertise and attention to detail to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess sound knowledge of Indian accounting practices, statutory compliance, and hands-on experience with Tally or similar ERP systems. Key Responsibilities Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS / Indian GAAP. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI , and other statutory returns. Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during audits and reviews. Maintain compliance with applicable tax laws and regulatory requirements. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff. Handle fixed asset accounting, depreciation schedules, and related reporting. Work closely with tax consultants for income tax filings. Assist the Finance Manager in preparing MIS reports and other financial analyses. Enhance and maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures. Qualifications & Skills Education: B.Com / M.Com in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. Experience: 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience. Software Skills: Proficient in Tally or any other ERP/accounting software. Strong Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables). Other Skills: Solid understanding of Indian tax laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
