Job Summary

We are looking for a Female Accountant Officer, with strong accounting expertise and attention to detail to manage the day-to-day financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess sound knowledge of Indian accounting practices, statutory compliance, and hands-on experience with Tally or similar ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Ind AS / Indian GAAP.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory returns.
• Support in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors during audits and reviews.
• Maintain compliance with applicable tax laws and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Handle fixed asset accounting, depreciation schedules, and related reporting.
• Work closely with tax consultants for income tax filings.
• Assist the Finance Manager in preparing MIS reports and other financial analyses.
• Enhance and maintain strong internal controls and accounting procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.Com / M.Com in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Experience: 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Software Skills:
• Proficient in Tally or any other ERP/accounting software.
• Strong Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Other Skills:
• Solid understanding of Indian tax laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
