Job Description

Avviare Education Hub is seeking a dedicated and well-organized Librarian to manage and maintain our academic library resources. The ideal candidate will have a passion for books and education, strong organizational skills, and the ability to assist students and faculty effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, manage, and maintain library resources including books, journals, and digital materials
• Assist students and faculty in locating and using library resources
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper cataloging of materials
• Implement and enforce library policies to ensure a quiet and productive environment
• Provide research assistance and recommend reading materials based on user interests
• Manage book check-in and check-out processes efficiently

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Library Science or a related field
• Prior experience as a librarian is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with library management systems and databases is an advantage
• Passion for books, learning, and academic support
