Supports the LPSQ Superintendent in the implementation, follow up and developing of LPSQ processes (including but not limited to safety, quality, health and environmental) across assigned vessels and proceeds with or follows up on corrective measures in cases of deviations. Monitors audit and inspection findings and ensures timely closing of the findings in cooperation with the LPSQ Superintendents. Assists the LPSQ Superintendents in following up the implementation of agreed corrective actions occurred from audits. Supports the LPSQ Superintendent in the communication with (governmental & maritime) audit bodies as well as maritime authorities and industry bodies, to support the achievement of the companystrategic goals. Assist in the marketability of the various services of FPC through the monthly connects to the fleet and get the confidence of the owners to have more visibility in PAL and in house tools of FPC. Ensure system improvements in PAL through the various performance dashboards including Live Fleet and liaise with Data analysts to send it as requirements for shore and vessel releases. Identify gaps and improvements needed in reporting quality and training, presentations for seminars, both shore and vessel staff, and suggest to the Head of Fleet Performance. Responsible for the delivery of the relevant projects delegated for the year and the FPC Road Map and all other delegated tasks as required by the Head of Fleet Performance which are related to increasing the performance and optimization of the fleet.
