Location: Talegaon, Pune
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or Food Safety
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Training / Food Safety / Hospitality Operations
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive Training Executive to conduct and support training programs related to food safety, hygiene, and operational standards, ensuring compliance and service excellence across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular training sessions on food safety, hygiene & SOPs
Monitor employee performance & identify training needs
Prepare training materials, reports & documentation
Ensure compliance with company and statutory food safety standards
Coordinate with site teams to implement training programs effectively
Support audits and ensure readiness through continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in food safety or training roles
Strong knowledge of Food Safety & Hygiene Standards (FSSAI preferred)
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Good command over MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to train and motivate teams effectively
