Training Executive

As a Training Coordinator, your role will involve planning, operating, and supporting trainings aligned with the organization's competency framework. This includes managing training programs tailored to meet the specific needs of the organization, departments, or individuals. Additionally, you will be responsible for orchestrating leadership trainings at both office and shop leader levels. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end training coordination, encompassing scheduling and coordination with all heads for nomination and participation - Analyzing feedback and preparing result reports for the training sessions - Proposing training initiatives and selecting suitable training partners - Updating or developing training materials as required - Identifying appropriate external training agencies or trainers for effective delivery of trainings - Collaborating closely with departments to comprehend and diagnose their underlying training needs - Serving as the custodian of training data of employees following established procedures - Supervising training programs and ensuring follow-up with participants to assess effectiveness - Monitoring employee and manager attendance, reporting regularly on any absenteeism - Managing, tracking, and reporting on overall program operation expenses - Planning and overseeing logistics and processes for ongoing training - Understanding general purchasing procedures to meet training needs effectively Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in training coordination and program management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in analyzing feedback and preparing reports - Experience in selecting external training agencies or trainers - Skillful in overseeing logistics and processes for training programs This position demands a detail-oriented, proactive individual who can effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of training programs.,
