Training Content Manager - Cross Sell

As a Training Content Manager for Turbo Cross Sell, your primary responsibility will be to create and oversee innovative, engaging, and user-friendly training content for over 2,000 learners across various Turbo centers. You will play a crucial role in utilizing new technologies to develop interactive sales and e-learning scripts, lesson plans, assessments, training modules, videos, and simulations to enhance the learning experience of frontline employees. Your role will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure the effectiveness and scalability of training content for Turbo Cross Sell. Key Responsibilities: - Develop innovative training solutions, including classroom, eLearning, blended, digital, and game-based learning for new hire orientation and product campaigns - Evaluate existing content and learning programs to make recommendations for improvements and long-term success - Collaborate with internal teams to ideate, develop, and gather feedback on content materials - Design and produce various content documents, including sales scripts, lesson plans, training modules, e-learning content, and assessments - Implement instructional design principles and identify Training Needs Identification (TNI) through interactions with stakeholders and frontline officers - Ensure timely creation and updates of content while maintaining high-quality design and writing standards - Conduct regular reviews of content and coordinate with vendors for content development tasks - Organize learning materials into a central library resource and monitor the quality of structured learning experiences - Analyze and incorporate the use of AI in learning design - Manage and upskill team members on design and instructional design principles Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any field - Post Graduation in any field - Minimum 5-7 years of experience as an Instructional Designer with a focus on training content creation - At least 3 years of experience in leading a team of content creators Please note that proficiency in Hindi and knowledge of other Indian languages would be an added advantage for this role.,
