Job Description

As a Training Content Manager for Turbo Cross Sell, your role involves creating and overseeing innovative and engaging content for over 2,000 learners across different Turbo centers. You will be responsible for utilizing new technologies to develop interactive sales and e-learning scripts, lesson plans, assessments, training modules, videos, games, and simulations to enhance learning experiences for frontline employees. Your key responsibilities include: - Strategizing, analyzing, and implementing various training solutions such as classroom sessions, eLearning, blended learning, and game-based learning for new hire orientation and product campaigns - Evaluating existing content and learning programs in collaboration with internal stakeholders to make recommendations for improvements and long-term success - Coordinating with internal teams for ideation, feedback, and development of content materials to support learning outcomes - Designing, producing, and editing sales scripts, lesson plans, training modules, e-learning content, assessments, and other learning materials for frontline officers - Revising and updating content regularly based on product changes and feedback received - Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content with creative design and writing skills - Conducting regular reviews of created content and coordinating with vendors for content development tasks - Organizing learning materials into a central library resource for internal teams - Directing structured learning experiences and monitoring their quality results - Analyzing and implementing the use of AI in learning design - Managing content specialists" activities, reviewing content, and upskilling team members on design and instructional design principles In terms of qualifications, you are required to have: - Graduation in any field - Post Graduation in any field - Minimum 5-7 years of experience as an Instructional Designer specializing in training content creation - Minimum 3 years of experience in team management with at least 3 direct reports Your experience and expertise in instructional design, content creation, and team management will be crucial in creating effective training materials for Turbo Cross Sell.,
