Training and Placement Officer

The ideal candidate will have 5-15 years of experience in the Training & Placement Department, with a strong understanding of the current trends and demands of the industry. The candidate should be well-versed in training and placement processes and have a proven track record of successful placements. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills of job seekers
• Conduct job readiness workshops and career counselling sessions
• Build relationships with employers and maintain a database of job openings
• Screen, interview, and refer qualified candidates to employers
• Coordinate and manage job fairs and recruitment events
• Track job placement success rates and maintain accurate records

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-15 years of experience in training and placement
• In-depth knowledge of the job market context of India
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in developing and implementing training programs
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with employers
