Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Training & CRM Specialist to join our restaurant group in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have proven GCC experience in managing employee training programs and CRM systems within the hospitality or restaurant industry. This role combines people development with customer relationship management to enhance both team performance and guest satisfaction. Work Location will be in Kuwait

Selected candidates will be connected directly.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Development:

  • Design and deliver training programs for front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions, customer service training, and operational workshops.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and update materials based on business needs.
  • Support management in building a strong learning culture across the group.

CRM Management:

  • Manage and optimize the restaurant group’s CRM system to improve customer engagement.
  • Develop strategies for customer retention, loyalty programs, and personalized marketing.
  • Analyze customer data and generate insights to support decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth CRM integration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Training and CRM within the restaurant/hospitality sector.
  • Previous GCC experience is mandatory.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹115,000.00 - ₹128,000.00 per year

  • Mumbai Central, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

  • Training: 3 years (Required)
  • CRM: 3 years (Required)

Language:

  • Arabic (Preferred)
