Job Description

Role Overview: As a Training Administrator at NES Fircroft, you will play a crucial role in driving the learning and development initiatives of the company. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth coordination and impactful training experiences for all employees. Key Responsibilities: - Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and industry professionals to create growth opportunities. - Consulting: Provide departments with tailored training solutions and insights to help them achieve their business objectives. - Strategizing: Collaborate with the learning and development team to develop and execute effective training strategies that drive employee development. - Communicating: Act as the main point of contact for training-related queries, ensuring clear and timely communication to address needs. - Reporting: Analyze and present training performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Coordinating: Manage the overall coordination of Learning & Development events, including scheduling, invites, and follow-ups. - Evaluating: Regularly review and act upon information gathered via training evaluations to challenge and improve training effectiveness. - Managing Changes: Handle changes to regional schedules and coordinate with third-party programs. - Ensuring Accuracy: Record training administration accurately to enable team members to field queries during absences. - Meeting KPIs: Ensure team KPIs are met and investigate/respond to issues as they arise. - Miscellaneous Tasks: Perform tasks as directed by the Head of Learning & Development or HR Manager. Qualifications Required: - Proactive: Always two steps ahead like a mind reader, but without the crystal ball. - Personable: Build relationships with colleagues so strong, they might invite you to their family reunions. - Adaptable: Be flexible and able to adjust to changing training demands and market conditions. - Detail-Oriented: Ensure accuracy in communication, reporting, and strategizing to maintain trust. - Resilient: Handle challenges and setbacks with perseverance and a positive attitude. - Organized: Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines. - Experienced: Previous experience not more than 3 years in a training coordination role and knowledge of LMS systems is highly desirable. - Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook) and MS Teams.
