Role & responsibilities

Planning and publishing of the Training calendar monthly and annually Day to day training planning and monitoring Proficiency in Excel, Power BI and spreadsheets Proficiency in making presentations Good Knowledge in using LMS such as Moodle Monitoring of training progress and feedback analysis Training Record keeping and retrieval both physical and electronic Training assets management and upkeep Coordinate with internal and external facilitators Excellent inter personnel communication skills Adherence to regulatory standards for training records management Training certificates preparation, issuance and management.
