Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Trainer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience and a strong background in training and development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and deliver high-quality training programs to employees.
Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.
Design and implement effective training strategies.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging training content.
Provide coaching and mentoring to junior trainers.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a trainer or in a related field.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with CRM/IT enabled services/BPO industry is an added advantage.
