Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end deployment of Instyn’s curriculum at partner schools
  • Ensure timely delivery of booklets, kits, and training materials
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for teachers
  • Provide ongoing support through demo classes, co-teaching, and lesson planning
  • Address teacher queries and assist in effective curriculum delivery
  • Observe classrooms regularly and audit lessons using checklists and rubrics
  • Track implementation fidelity and adherence to academic plans
  • Identify gaps in teaching quality and suggest actionable improvements
  • Build strong relationships with school management, coordinators, and teachers
  • Gather feedback and translate insights into product and process improvements
  • Ensure partner satisfaction, drive retention, and create success case studies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Ed or background in education/child development preferred)
  • Minimum 0-2 years of experience in teacher training, school academic operations, or EdTech implementation
  • Strong classroom presence and effective communication skills
  • Willingness to travel and work on-site at schools
  • Fluency in English and relevant local languages

Nice To Have

  • Experience in activity-based learning, STEAM education, or curriculum rollout
  • Data-driven approach for audits, reporting, and impact analysis
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and CRM tools
