Trainer Sourcing Specialist Corporate Training

Our mission is to deliver high-quality, customized training solutions to meet evolving business needs across industries.Job Overview:As a Trainer Sourcing Specialist, you will be the key link between client requirements and training delivery success. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and onboard the right trainer for each training requirement, negotiate terms, manage trainer engagement, and monitor trainer performance based on client feedback.Key Responsibilities:1. Trainer Identification & MappingUnderstand client training needs and match them with the right trainer profilesIdentify and source trainers based on skill set, domain expertise, availability, and locationContinuously enrich and update the internal trainer database by category, rating, and feedback2. Engagement & Empanelment:Connect with prospective trainers to evaluate fit for client projectsNegotiate training fees, availability, travel/logistics, and terms of engagementEnsure completion of all onboarding documentation and agreements for trainer empanelment3. Performance Monitoring & Feedback:Act as a bridge between the client POC and trainer before, during, and after the training sessionCollect structured feedback on training effectiveness, communication, delivery style, and punctualityMaintain performance reports and help build a preferred trainer list for recurring engagements4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with sales, delivery, and coordination teams for smooth trainer deploymentKeep detailed logs of trainer history, rates, assignment records, and quality indicatorsEnsure compliance with internal processes and support quality audits when neededKey Requirements:25 years of experience in trainer sourcing, freelance/vendor management, HR operations, or L&D coordinationStrong interpersonal and communication skills for evaluating and engaging trainersExcellent negotiation skills with good business judgmentProficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM/ATS toolsAbility to handle multiple assignments and work with tight deadlinesBachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)Preferred Qualifications:Prior experience working in a corporate training company or L&D services organization is highly preferredExposure to freelance trainer ecosystems, learning delivery operations, or HR tech platforms is a plusAbility to analyze trainer feedback and optimize selection criteria accordinglyWhats on offer?Join a purpose-driven company transforming corporate learningTake ownership of building and managing a high-quality trainer networkWork in a dynamic environment with a collaborative team cultureEnjoy opportunities for growth, recognition, and performance-based rewards
