We are seeking experienced and dynamic trainers to join our esteemed project in Odisha on contract for the period of 1 year, 2-year, 3 year. Locations are : Rayagada, Sundergad, Jajpur, Rourkela

As a Trainer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality training programs in alignment with our project objectives. You will have the opportunity to engage with diverse audiences and contribute to their professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver training programs based on project requirements and objectives.

Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on topics such as Life Skills, Entrepreneurship, and Basic Computer Courses.

Customize training materials and content to meet the needs of different learner groups.

Assess training effectiveness and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure training initiatives align with organizational goals.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in business management, Commerce, Personnel Management & Industrial Relations, Mass Communication, or Computer Application.

Completion of a Certificate Course in Basic Computer Courses with proficiency in all Life Skills and Entrepreneurship Skill Modules/subjects.

Minimum of 5 years' experience in training or relevant industry

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Demonstrated passion for training and development.
