Trainer

Join our team at Ebixsmartclass Educational Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Trainer (MALE only) and play a key role in shaping the future of e-learning. We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual who is passionate about education and technology.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Onboard and train new Joiners.

• Identify individual and team training needs.

• Conduct pre-sales demo & post-sales product training in schools to support the sales & marketing team.

• Liaise with school management to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.

• Conduct trainings for teachers, for optimal utilization of our products and services.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service and ensure customer success.

• Obtain, organize or develop resources for teachers as per the organizational requirement.

• Develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts and content creation.

• Prepare necessary MIS reports related to internal and external trainings.

• Travel across regions within the country.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate in any field

• Industry: EdTech (Education & Training)

• Experience in EdTech - Sales / training or similar role

• Hands-on experience creating presentations (e.g. videos or slides)

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills

• Proficient in MS office tools i.e.: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word
