Trainer Call Center

Role Overview:

The Trainer ensures that every telecaller is equipped with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to effectively pitch real estate projects and secure appointments. This role is central to reducing ramp-up time, improving quality, and boosting team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for new tele callers.
• Must have experience training sales/tele sales professionals
• Train on communication skills, sales techniques, product knowledge, and CRM usage.
• Develop refresher programs to address gaps identified by Quality Analysts.
• Use roleplays, mock calls, and real-call analysis to make training practical and interactive.
• Keep training material updated with new scripts, offers, and project details.
• Assess training effectiveness through tests, call monitoring, and performance reviews.
• Work closely with managers to align training with business goals.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of training experience in a tele sales/call center.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive training content.
