ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Onboard and train new Joiners • Identify individual and team training needs • Conduct pre-sales demo and post-sales product training in schools to support the sales & marketing team • Liaise with school management to determine training needs and schedule training sessions • Conduct Refresher training for teachers, for optimal utilization of digital technology in everyday teaching-learning environment • Obtain, organize or develop resources for teachers as per the organizational requirement • Develop a professional, collaborative relationship with the BD Team • Provide real-time assistance to product related doubts raised by BDEs • Develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts and content creation • Prepare necessary MIS reports related to internal and external trainings • Travel across regions within the country REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor’s degree in any field • Freshers or Experience in a sales / training or similar role • Organizational and time-management abilities • Hands-on experience creating presentations (e.g. videos or slides) • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in MS office tools i.e.: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint & Word • Additional training certification is a plus Show more Show less
