Job Description

As a Trainer at EbixSmartclass Educational Services Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of e-learning. Your responsibilities will involve: - Onboarding and training new joiners - Identifying individual and team training needs - Conducting pre-sales demo and post-sales product training in schools - Liaising with school management to schedule training sessions - Conducting refresher training for teachers to enhance digital technology utilization - Obtaining, organizing, or developing resources for teachers - Developing a professional relationship with the BD Team - Providing real-time assistance to product-related queries raised by BDEs - Creating educational material like presentations, sales scripts, and content - Preparing necessary MIS reports for internal and external trainings - Travelling across regions within the country Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in any field - Freshers or experience in sales/training or a similar role - Organizational and time-management skills - Hands-on experience in creating presentations (videos or slides) - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) - Additional training certification is a plus Join us at EbixSmartclass Educational Services Pvt.
