Job Description

As a part of our KYC & On-boarding team, you will be responsible for delivering a fast on-boarding experience to customers of Raise, at the same time adhering to all regulations from time to time. We believe in building products that our users will love, and we want them to have access to them as fast as possible this is what you enable! You will help us onboard customers in minutes, yes in minutes!

You will collaborate with internal teams like customer support team, product, growth and engineering teams and help build a great on-boarding experience for our users. You will display empathy with customers in all conversations, ensure you hear them well, and share with them the appropriate resolution (to the point) and if not now, get back to them at the earliest. We are building Raise to deliver awesome customer experience and your role is critical for us to deliver that promise.

Expected Responsibilities:

  • Verification of all documents submitted by users as part of their KYC & on-boarding.
  • Ability to adhere to all regulations from RBI / SEBI / IRDAI in this process.
  • If required, assist the users & clients through the process and help them take through the on-boarding process.
  • Track all requests for on-boarding review them in couple of minutes.
  • Self-audit the documents, process, and work done with your peers, team and auditors.
  • Manage and close requests from existing clients that may require change of change of KYC, updating of documents or other requests from them.
  • Ensure appropriate escalation policies exist and are followed. Work collectively towards adherence to and improvement in performance and quality standards
  • Ensure key stakeholders are kept informed of the progress and challenges and escalating issues where appropriate.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure that defined guideline is adhered for excellent QA scores.
  • Review complex KYC cases and ensure appropriate escalation to internal teams

Expected Skills:

Graduation is a must.
0 -3 years of experience in a similar role with financial services with KYC knowledge and process.
Knowledge RBI and SEBI related KYC regulations and also global policies pertaining to adoptions at product level, is mandatory. Understanding of end-to-end KYC remediation/periodic review and client on-boarding process.

Smart Freshers / Grads with 0-1 year experience who want to pursue a career in KYC and customer service can also apply.
