Role: Management / Mid-Level Positions (Sales & Marketing, Production, Operations & Related Functions)

We are hiring MBA professionals with 4–5 years of experience for multiple roles across Sales & Marketing, Production, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality and other business functions (HR roles excluded).

Who we’re looking for

• MBA (preferably from a recognized institute) with 4–5 years of relevant work experience
• Strong domain experience in one of: Sales & Marketing, Production, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Business Development, Product Managementor similar fields
• Proven ability to work in manufacturing / B2B / channel environments will be an advantage Key responsibilities (examples by function)

Must-have skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability (Comfortable with Data & Excel)
• Result-oriented, proactive and able to work independently as well as in teams
• Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Ability to travel as per role requirements

Will be preferred, If -

• Experienced in ceramics, sanitary ware, tiles, construction materials, building materials, precast or facades.
