Job Summary:

We are seeking Production Engineers with hands-on experience in the precast construction industry to manage production planning, scheduling, and execution. The ideal candidates will ensure efficient workflow, resource optimization, and timely delivery of precast elements while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and monitor production of precast elements.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams to ensure production aligns with project timelines.
• Optimize production processes and resources to improve efficiency.
• Monitor quality standards and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Track production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare production reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to meet delivery targets.

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Mechanical/Production Engineering.
• 4–5 years of experience in precast construction production, planning, and execution.
• Strong knowledge of precast production processes, quality control, and scheduling.
• Proficient in production planning tools/software.
• Excellent problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple production schedules and meet deadlines.
