Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee precast construction projects from planning to execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing large-scale precast or civil infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage precast construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with design, production, and site teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Supervise and mentor site engineers and project staff.
• Prepare project reports and maintain documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 8–10 years of experience in precast construction or civil projects, with 3–5 years in project management.
• Strong knowledge of precast processes, production, and site management.
• Proficient in project management software (Primavera / MS Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
