We're looking for an ambitious Trainee Full-Stack Developer who is excited about the future of software

Key Responsibilities

AI-Assisted Development

1) Collaborate with AI coding assistants to develop features rapidly

2) Write effective prompts to generate high-quality code

3) Review and validate AI-generated code for security and performance

Full-Stack Development

1) Build responsive UI components with Tailwind CSS and Radix UI

2) Create RESTful API endpoints with proper validation

3) Implement database operations using Prisma ORM

4) Integrate authentication and authorization flows

Code Quality & Standards

1) Follow structured coding conventions (tag system: #api, #db, #todo, etc.)

2) Write clean, modular TypeScript code

3) Participate in code reviews

4) Debug and fix issues across the stack

Continuous Learning

1) Stay updated with latest AI coding tools and practices

2) Learn modern web development patterns

3) Contribute to improving development workflows

📋 Requirements

Must Have:

1) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or currently pursuing)

2) Strong fundamentals in JavaScript/TypeScript

3) Understanding of React and component-based architecture

4) Basic knowledge of REST APIs and databases

5) Experience with AI coding tools (Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, etc.)

6) Ability to write clear, effective prompts for AI assistants

7) Critical thinking to evaluate AI-generated code

8) Strong problem-solving skills

9) Excellent communication skills

10) Willingness to learn and adapt quickly

Nice to Have:

1) Prior experience with Next.js or similar frameworks

2) Familiarity with Tailwind CSS

3) Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases

4) Knowledge of Git workflows

5) Exposure to Linux/Ubuntu environments

6) Understanding of modern deployment practices
