Job Description

We are hiring for the role of Trainee Engineer/ Engineer - Sales

Estimation

Job Responsibilities:

Review tenders and prepare pre-bid queries.
Coordinate with clients, architects, and consultants to understand project requirements.
Prepare estimation and costing for HVAC, MEP, and Firefighting projects.
Float enquiries to vendors and prepare comparative statements for BOQ line items.
Develop and maintain a supplier database to achieve competitive pricing.
Negotiate with vendors to obtain best commercial terms.
Perform technical and commercial evaluation of vendor offers.
Understand BOQ, drawings, and technical specifications.
Prepare detailed estimates as per tender requirements within stipulated timelines.
Follow up with clients to ensure project finalization and award.
Work towards achieving monthly sales/estimation targets.
