We are hiring for the role of Project Engineer Key Responsibilities: Handle and drive HVAC projects (single large project or multiple projects based on inflow). Coordinate with key stakeholders at the customer end (Consultants, PMC, Client Engineers, etc.) to ensure smooth and timely project execution. Manage project site inventory and resources effectively. Prepare project forecasts, monitor billing schedules, and ensure timely billing & payment collection . Identify potential project challenges and propose effective solutions. Keep customers and management updated on critical project issues. Plan resources including labour contractors, technicians, and site engineers. Oversee site deployment and execution in compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and quality standards . Ensure timely handover and closure of projects, including establishing actual P&L performance . Required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and execution. Familiarity with MEP project execution . Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to plan, monitor, and control projects effectively. Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach. Education & Qualifications: UG: Any Graduate (Mechanical Engineering preferred). Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
