Job Description

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate financial records, process invoices, and perform data entry.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and following up on outstanding balances.
Reconcile bank statements and ledgers, and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
Support senior accountants and auditors, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and assist with tax filings.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and other financial planning tasks.
Use and maintain accounting software, databases, and spreadsheets.

Requirements and skills

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software like QuickBooks or SAP, and strong skills in Microsoft Excel.
Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax laws.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
