Tender Truck is a technology-driven logistics aggregator organizing fleet owners across India and connecting them with verified logistics service providers. We are looking for a motivated Traffic Manager to support daily vehicle placements and supplier coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily vehicle placements of 20ft/32ft SXL/32dt MXL container trucks directly from fleet owners, targeting consistent and timely execution.
• Coordinate with fleet owners and drivers to ensure smooth operations.
• Negotiate rates while aligning with company policies and margins.
• Maintain and update route-wise and vehicle-wise rate intelligence.
• Handle operational coordination and resolve day-to-day issues professionally.
• Follow company SOPs and communication standards at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in traffic management, logistics operations, or brokerage.
• Working knowledge of vehicle types, routes, and market rates.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
