Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Traffic Manager, based in Patna. The Traffic Manager will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and overseeing the daily operations of transportation schedules. This includes tracking shipments, communicating with carriers, monitoring delivery performance, and resolving any logistical challenges. The individual will ensure adherence to timelines and strive to optimize logistics processes to meet customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Logistics and supply chain management expertise, including coordination of transportation, scheduling, and route optimization
• Strong problem-solving skills to address logistical challenges and ensure timely deliveries
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for effectively liaising with carriers and clients
• Proficiency in data tracking, monitoring systems, and logistics software
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in managing transportation regulations and ensuring compliance
• Relevant education in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field; prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
• Familiarity with eco-friendly and sustainable logistics practices is preferred
