Job Description

As a Trade & Transaction Reporting Associate at our company, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the bank by participating in the design, development, and execution of assurance activities end-to-end. Your responsibilities will include exception management, reconciliations, controls testing, process management, and issue investigation and resolution. This diverse role will provide you with the opportunity to engage with stakeholders across the organization, offering excellent exposure for both you and your work. The position is at the senior analyst level. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support trade and transaction reporting processes, including submissions to regulators and ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations. - Manage exceptions related to trade and transaction submissions under various reporting jurisdictions. - Identify and escalate any regulatory reporting breaches promptly. - Maintain documentation, such as regulatory changes, new requirements, internal process modifications, and business support requests. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience in audit, assurance, or risk functions, with knowledge of asset classes like rates, credit, equity, FX, futures markets, and structured trading businesses. - Familiarity with middle office or operations environments. - Understanding of front-to-back system architecture, trade lifecycle, and reporting flow. - Proficiency in regulatory reportable products within derivatives or fixed income and respective trade flows. - Knowledge of risk and control frameworks, including process documentation, control documentation, and supervisory frameworks. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and build positive working relationships.
