Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Trade Support Specialist with 5+ years of experience in supporting and optimizing Front Office Trading Systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of trade lifecycle management, hands-on experience with trading platforms such as Fidessa, Ullink, or similar systems is highly advantageous. Fluency in English and Japanese is required to facilitate effective communication with international teams and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support, maintain, and enhance Front Office Trading Systems to streamline trading operations and reduce downtime.
  • Monitor and manage trade lifecycle processes, ensuring accurate and timely trade execution, allocation, and confirmation.
  • Collaborate with trading, sales, and support teams to troubleshoot issues, implement improvements, and ensure system reliability.
  • Stay informed about emerging trading technologies, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding trading system workflows.
  • Support cash, futures, and options trade workflows, including order management and settlement processes.
  • Assist front office trading desks, providing proactive support and resolving operational complexities.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting or working with Front Office Trading Systems, particularly in investment banking or asset management domains.
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle management, order workflows, and settlement processes across cash, futures, and options markets.
  • Hands-on experience with Fidessa, Ullink, or similar trading platforms is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash equities, derivatives (futures and options), and related trading workflows.
  • Proven ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve trading system issues efficiently.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese required for effective communication with global teams.
  • Strong analytical skills coupled with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to coordinate across teams to deliver high-quality support and continuous improvements.
