Job Description

As a Trade Desk Manager, you will play a critical role in managing trade and forex operations across assigned branches. Your primary responsibilities will include reviewing and processing trade documents, ensuring timely and accurate execution of all trade and forex operations, verifying compliance with regulatory guidelines, managing exceptions and resolving queries, handling client complaints efficiently, and proactively engaging with key clients to enhance service delivery. You will also be responsible for maintaining a strong understanding of RBI & FEMA regulations and UCPDC standards, as well as coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely transaction processing. Key Responsibilities: - Review and process trade documents submitted by branches - Ensure timely and accurate execution of trade and forex operations - Verify compliance with RBI, FEMA guidelines, and internal bank policies - Manage exceptions, track transaction status, and resolve queries - Handle client complaints and ensure resolution within defined turnaround times - Proactively engage with key clients to enhance service delivery - Maintain a strong understanding of RBI & FEMA regulations and UCPDC standards - Coordinate with internal stakeholders for timely transaction processing Secondary Responsibilities: - Support the monitoring team in following up with clients for regulatory documentation - Handle documentation for complex transactions and coordinate follow-ups Qualifications Required: - Graduate in any discipline (Full time) Experience Required: - 5 to years of relevant experience in trade and forex operations, preferably within branch banking Skills and Attributes: - In-depth knowledge of trade finance, RBI & FEMA regulations, and UCPDC - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Fluent in English with excellent interpersonal abilities - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across departments - High attention to detail and commitment to compliance - Customer-centric approach with a focus on service excellence - Proficiency in handling documentation for complex financial transactions,
