Tracxn - Manager Investor Relations

The Manager Investor Relations will serve as a key liaison between the company, its investors, analysts, and other stakeholders. This individual will be responsible for shaping and communicating the companys financial narrative, ensuring transparency and consistency in communication, and supporting capital market activities in compliance with SEBI LODR and other applicable regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Investor Communication & Reporting

• Develop investor presentations, earnings call scripts, press releases, FAQs, and other investor materials.
• Coordinate quarterly earnings releases, including conference calls and investor decks.
• Respond to investor and analyst queries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Maintain and update the investor section of the company’s website.

2. Stakeholder Engagement

• Organize investor meetings, roadshows, AGMs, earnings calls, and analyst briefings.
• Build and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, proxy advisors, and rating agencies.
• Track market intelligence, peer performance, and industry developments to advise senior management.

3. Regulatory Compliance & other key responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate disclosures to stock exchanges (NSE/BSE) in compliance with SEBI LODR regulations
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare and file earnings reports, investor updates, and AGM/EGM materials.
• Work closely with finance, legal, compliance and senior management on corporate communications
• Prepare regular updates and reports for the Board and senior leadership on investor sentiment and market trends.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, or a related role
• Experience in a listed company or financial services environment is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation, and capital markets
• Familiarity with SEBI, LODR, and other relevant Indian regulatory frameworks
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
• Familiarity with Ind-AS and familiarity with public company financial reporting standards
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
