Position We are looking for a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record to step into the role of AVP - Business Development to join our Industry Events Sales team. This is a front end sales role. You will be directly responsible for identifying and representing Tracxn in the relevant Industry events. Drive end-to-end sales of our SaaS product from prospecting to closure. You will be expected to sell to a diverse set of clients like Venture Capital funds, Fortune 1000 Corporates, Investment Banks, Accelerators, Incubators etc. This role is suitable for someone adept at building and maintaining business relationships, negotiating deals, and leading a team towards our vision. Key Responsibilities: Identify and attend corporate events in-person and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and clients within the events and conferences Establish and oversee a kiosk presence at industry events to actively promote, present our solution and facilitate sales Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities and close deals. Prepare and Deliver Presentations, Solutions Recommendations to the Clients and be the Point of Contact for the Clients from Start to End of the Event Hone the companys sales strategy and business development plan, hatch marketing strategies, sales processes and best practices to boost event sales. Prepare quotations, negotiate and close deals Achieve Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Goals Measured Against Recurring Revenue Desired Skills And Expertise Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively Good presentation skills Self-motivated and self-directed Who Should Apply: 12-15 years of strong work experience in Enterprise Sales / Account Management Experience with handling in-person sales at corporate events Flexible, organized and able to handle competing priorities Willing to travel to attend corporate events What can you expect at Tracxn?
