Job Title: Tracking Manager Location: [Naraina Indusrteial Area Phoase 2 ] Experience: 2-3 years in Tracking / NDR Management Job Summary:We are looking for a Tracking Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of the tracking and NDR (Non-Delivery Report) processes. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in tracking management, revenue generation, and back-office operations. You will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring smooth operations, improving service delivery, and contributing to revenue generation. Key Responsibilities:Tracking & NDR Management: Monitor and track all orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Analyze and resolve NDR issues, escalating problems when necessary. Collaborate with the logistics and customer support teams to address any discrepancies in delivery. Revenue Generation: Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, leading to increased customer satisfaction and retention. Work with the sales and operations teams to help generate revenue through improved delivery timelines and service quality. Team Handling & Leadership: Lead a team of tracking executives, ensuring they meet key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide training, support, and mentorship to team members. Foster a positive and productive team environment. Back-Office Operations: Handle all administrative tasks related to tracking, NDR, and delivery reports. Maintain accurate records of all delivery operations and issue resolution. Ensure smooth documentation and communication between departments. Delivery Management: Ensure that deliveries are completed as per the set schedules and SLAs. Work closely with the delivery team to resolve any last-minute issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Regularly update stakeholders on delivery progress and any potential delays. Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience: 2-3 years in tracking management or NDR handling. Leadership Skills: Ability to manage a team, with a focus on performance and professional growth. Revenue Focused: Proven ability to contribute to revenue generation and improve operational efficiencies. Strong Communication Skills: Both verbal and written communication skills are essential for liaising with various teams and customers. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and come up with effective solutions in a timely manner. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in managing records, tracking systems, and delivery schedules. Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Preferred Skills:Experience with Tracking Software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or other logistics tools). Knowledge of NDR Management Processes. Familiarity with Logistics and Supply Chain Operations.
