Description

We are seeking a Tracking Coordinator for the US Shift based in Indore (WFO). The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and tracking shipments, ensuring that all deliveries are executed smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to resolve any issues related to tracking and delivery.
Prepare tracking reports and update stakeholders on shipment statuses.
Utilize tracking software and tools to maintain accurate records of shipments.
Assist in the development of tracking procedures and best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

Proficiency in using tracking and logistics software.
Strong analytical skills to assess tracking data and identify trends.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in tracking and reporting.
