Overview:
This role is responsible for focal Point or annual merit cycle, Offer Process / Pay Recommendations (Internal & External), salary benchmarking / exercise with the multiple market vendors for submission and market pricing of the data.
Understands basic concepts of Total Rewards such as Differentiated Merit, Adjustment to minimum and Lumpsum. Data management understanding as well as good in excel. Should be able to mid-year cycles, systems set up & configuration testing, HR & manager communication, training during the cycle and execution for AMESA or APAC Sectors countries. Partner in development of merit & IC ranges and budgets. Administer LTI & Pay Equity activities and job evaluations would be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
Operational Execution

Deliver day-to-day Total Rewards operations and services with precision and timeliness.

Support compensation processes including job evaluations, salary planning, bonus cycles, and offer recommendations.
Capability Ownership

Serve as a key service provider and fulfiller for assigned processes/capabilities.

Act as a mentor and internal trainer for specific compensation processes.
Process & Service Excellence

Manage and monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensure adherence to performance metrics.

Maintain deep process knowledge and proactively identify areas for improvement.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and process quality.
Compliance & Risk Management

Analyse gaps in processes, practices, and compliance; identify breaches or deviations from recommended practices.

Provide policy and program administration support to HR Business Partners and Rewards stakeholders.
Continuous Improvement

Drive efficiency and effectiveness through process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute preferred.

Minimum 5 years of total experience, with at least 2+ years in Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits.
