Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Itinerary Planning & Package DesigningCreate customized itineraries for FIT and GIT clients.Plan end-to-end MICE travel arrangementsmeetings, incentives, conferences, events.Prepare quotations, costing sheets, and travel proposals.2. Vendor & DMC CoordinationCoordinate with hotels, airlines, transporters, and DMCs across destinations.Negotiate rates and finalize packages based on client requirements.Build strong relationships with tourism boards and global partners.3. Client Interaction & ConsultationUnderstand client requirements and recommend suitable packages.Handle queries related to destinations, visa processes, sightseeing, etc.Ensure seamless communication from first inquiry to final confirmation.4. Execution & OperationsHandle bookings, vouchers, ticketing, and travel documentation.Ensure smooth execution of group tours and corporate travel itineraries.Provide real-time support to travelers during their trip.5. Reporting & Co-ordinationWork closely with sales, operations, and finance teams.Provide weekly updates on conversions, pipeline, and upcoming departures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree (Tourism/Hospitality preferred)
3-5 years of experience in FIT/GIT/MICE operations
Strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations
Experience working with DMCs, hotels, and travel suppliers
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
Proficiency in MS Office, reservation tools, and travel CRM systems
