Correspond with internanational clients.Responsibilities: Itinerary and Proposal Creation: Consult with international clients to understand their travel interests, budget, and specific requirements. Design and develop unique and comprehensive tour itineraries and proposals that highlight the best experiences and attractions of the destination. Research and select suitable accommodations, transportation, activities, and local guides to fit the client's needs. Client Correspondence and Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, providing timely and professional responses to all inquiries via email, phone, and other communication channels. Build strong rapport and trust with clients by offering expert advice, addressing concerns, and ensuring a seamless planning process. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers (hotels, transport companies, etc.) to secure the best rates and services. Tour Operations and Management: Manage all bookings and reservations, ensuring meticulous attention to detail to avoid errors. Create detailed tour documents, including final itineraries, booking vouchers, and client welcome kits. Coordinate with local partners and guides to ensure the smooth execution of all tour services. Provide support to clients during their tour, handling any unforeseen issues or last-minute changes with efficiency and professionalism. Sales and Business Development: Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators. Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling additional tour services and packages. Maintain and update a customer relationship management (CRM) database with client information and communication records.
