Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

Contribute and support the development, implementation and administration of Total Rewards programs and processes for the assigned region. Generating data and analytics to support decision making and deliver solutions effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with HR partners and Business Leaders across the assigned region.
  • Act as TR Ambassador for Total Regards education and communication
  • Support HRBPs and TAs in using VCF tools to conduct job mapping and benchmarking ensuring compensation competitive and equity.
  • Participate in Total Rewards projects and other strategic HR initiatives. Assist to plan, coordinate research and analysis, prepare report and presentation, training delivery, etc. Such as:
  • Benefits Optimization
  • STI Design Optimization
  • Recognition Program
  • Effective end-to-end coordination and administration of compensation and benefits programs and process for the assigned region in compliance with company policies as well as applicable local regulations/ requirements:

  • Compensation and benefits survey data submission
  • VCF job/pay data maintenance
  • Annual Compensation Planning
  • STI Process
  • LTI Process
  • SOX compliance

  • Build, maintain and optimize strong relationships with external vendors of TR to guarantee the best attention and support.
  • Assist in any other ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned by Managers from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5-9 years relevant experience in Total Rewards function, preferably from MNC
  • Functional knowledge of total rewards practices and well-versed in HR related ordinance
  • Solid experience in analyzing data and project coordination, able to draft reports and present/ visualize concepts.
  • Detail-oriented and high accuracy
  • Analytical thinking, problem solving and result-oriented
  • Collaborative team player with high learning agility in diverse and fast changing environment
  • Effective communication and people skills. With persona sensitivity to influence positive and quality results
  • Strong PC skills in using MS Office, Word, PowerPoint. Advance excel skills. Power BI and SQL knowledge is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of HR Information Systems and or ERP (Oracle preferred)
  • Good command of written and spoken English
