Job Summary:

The Compensation Analyst is a critical contributor to the organizations compensation strategy by conducting job evaluations, market benchmarking, pay analyses, and delivering actionable, data-driven insights. This role partners with HR Business Partners and business leaders to ensure compensation programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with overall business objectives.

Principal Responsibilities and Essential Duties:

  • Conduct market benchmarking and analysis utilizing industry surveys (e.g., Mercer, Radford).
  • Support job leveling, and the job evaluation process.
  • Maintain compensation data within HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and data integrity.
  • Contribute to the annual merit, bonus, and promotion cycles with accurate data management and analysis.
  • Provide compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, internal moves, and retention actions.
  • Monitor and assess internal pay equity and external competitiveness.
  • Prepare and deliver compensation reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and leadership.
  • Support compensation-related projects, audits, and compliance requirements.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc compensation analyses to inform leadership decision-making.
  • Identify trends and provide insights to guide compensation planning.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related field.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with large datasets.
  • Familiarity with compensation survey tools (Mercer, Payscale, AON) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in compensation (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus.
  • Experience supporting multi-country compensation programs globally.
  • Exposure to global mobility or equity compensation programs is advantageous.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets, conduct compensation analysis, and draw actionable insights.
  • Precision in handling compensation data and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Aptitude for identifying issues, assessing alternatives, and implementing effective solutions related to rewards programs and policies.
  • Ability to make informed, timely decisions aligned with business goals and compensation philosophy.
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders across geographies without compromising quality.
  • Must exercise sound judgment in handling sensitive employee data and compensation information.
  • Clear, concise communication—both written and verbal—essential for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across multiple culture
  • Willingness and ability to learn new tools, adapt to evolving business needs, and stay current with market trends and regulatory updates in APAC.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to provide high-speed internet access / connectivity and office setup and maintenance.
  • Must be able to provide a dedicated, secure work area.
  • Remaining in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods.
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Exposure to moderate noise intensity expected.
  • Proximity to heavy rolling containers or machinery expected.
  • No adverse environmental conditions expected.
