Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end execution of tool room projects — from design , material handover to dispatch. Coordinate with Design & Project Engineering Team for fixture design reviews and technical clarifications. Plan and monitor machining, fabrication, assembly, and inspection activities. Ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and customer specifications. Review drawings, BOMs, and project schedules to ensure feasibility and accuracy. Communicate with suppliers for material procurement and subcontract operations. Maintain project documentation, timelines, and progress reports. Drive cost-effective solutions while maintaining precision and reliability. Required Skills & Qualifications:Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 2–5 years of experience in tool room / fixture manufacturing / precision machining industry. Strong understanding of BIW fixtures, jigs, gauges, and machining processes. Hands-on knowledge of CAD and GD&T interpretation. Good communication and project coordination skills.
