Job Description

Sansera Engineering is seeking a motivated and skilled Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing engineering solutions in line with project requirements. The role involves collaborating with various departments, including production, quality assurance, and supply chain, to ensure successful project execution. The ideal Engineer will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include performing engineering calculations, conducting feasibility studies, evaluating materials and processes, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Experience in selection of cutting tools, design and application
Hands on Experience in tool design using AutoCAD & 3D
Knowledge of Isometric views, GD & T & basic fixtures
Knowledge of calculating process cost, cycle time, tool cost per component
Trouble shooting of all cutting tools
Process knowledge in machining processimprovements.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and specifications.
Assist in project planning and scheduling to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Analyze performance data to optimize designs and processes.
Stay updated with the latest engineering trends and technologies relevant to the industry.

Skills And Tools Required

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Proficiency in engineering software such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design) tools and simulation software.
Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with quality assurance processes and standards (e.g., ISO).
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Project management skills and experience handling multiple tasks concurrently.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials selection.
