Due Diligence & Risk Assessment

Preparing in-depth due diligence reports, including corporate records research,directorship, regulatory, bankruptcy, and litigation checks across multiplejurisdictions.Conducting risk assessments related to politically exposed persons (PEPs), theirfamily members, and high-risk associates worldwide.Utilizing advanced research tools and proprietary databases (LexisNexis, Factiva,Comply Advantage, World Compliance, World Check, Dow Jones, etc.) to gatherand analyze information.Evaluating various media sources, credit histories, court records, and press articlesto assess both positive and negative coverage of entities and individuals.Identifying potential risks such as sanctions violations, white-collar crimes,corporate fraud, money laundering, regulatory breaches, and other operationalrisks.Conducting thorough social media screenings on individuals (employees,candidates, vendors, or clients) across platforms like Facebook, Instagram,LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.Analyzing online activity to identify inappropriate content, behaviors, affiliations,or risks that could impact reputation, security, or legal compliance.Assessing digital footprints for indicators of extremism, substance abuse, or otherharmful activities.Generating detailed risk assessment reports with categorized findings to enableinformed decision-making.Ensuring all investigative activities comply with data privacy laws and ethicalstandards.Enhancing existing data sources and identifying inconsistencies to maintain thehighest research quality standards.Skills: compliance,assessment,due diligence,risk assessment,research,conducting,data
