· Design and develop mechanical components and fabrication assemblies using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ANSYS.
· Work closely on sheet metal, pipes, tubes, and structural components, ensuring manufacturability
· and compliance with engineering standards.
· Prepare fabrication drawings, BOMs, and welding symbols for production.
· Perform stress analysis, thermal analysis, and finite element analysis (FEA) where applicable.
· Collaborate with production and quality teams for process optimization and product improvements.
· Evaluate material selection based on strength, corrosion resistance, and application suitability.
· Assist in prototyping, product testing, and troubleshooting of fabricated components.
· Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and ISO standards.
· Reporting directly to Director
· Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ANSYS.
· Strong understanding of fabrication techniques, sheet metal design, and welding processes.
· Good knowledge of GD&T, fabrication tolerances, and mechanical drafting standards.
· Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
· Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
· Previous experience in fabrication design for outdoor enclosures, server racks, structural frames, or industrial cabinets.
· Hands-on involvement in prototype development and vendor coordination.
