Location: Metoda GIDC, Rajkot, Gujarat Industry: Manufacturing - Networking Racks, Enclosures, and Fabricated Structures Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Educational Qualification: Diploma (Thermal Engineering) or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) Key Responsibilities: · Design and develop mechanical components and fabrication assemblies using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ANSYS. · Work closely on sheet metal, pipes, tubes, and structural components, ensuring manufacturability · and compliance with engineering standards. · Prepare fabrication drawings, BOMs, and welding symbols for production. · Perform stress analysis, thermal analysis, and finite element analysis (FEA) where applicable. · Collaborate with production and quality teams for process optimization and product improvements. · Evaluate material selection based on strength, corrosion resistance, and application suitability. · Assist in prototyping, product testing, and troubleshooting of fabricated components. · Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and ISO standards. · Reporting directly to Director Key Skills Required: · Proficiency in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and ANSYS. · Strong understanding of fabrication techniques, sheet metal design, and welding processes. · Good knowledge of GD&T, fabrication tolerances, and mechanical drafting standards. · Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents. · Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Attributes: · Previous experience in fabrication design for outdoor enclosures, server racks, structural frames, or industrial cabinets. · Hands-on involvement in prototype development and vendor coordination.

Our product line caters to system integrators, corporate enterprises, and industrial clients. We also specialize in Fiber Rollout, Fiber O&M, Surveillance, and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) and FTTx projects, serving enterprise and telecom sectors across India. Role Summary: The Head of Sales and Marketing will lead strategic business growth through direct corporate engagement, channel expansion, and market positioning. This role demands a seasoned professional who can manage national sales operations, develop channel partnerships, and execute go-to-market strategies across technical B2B and infrastructure markets. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development Identify and onboard enterprise clients, telecom operators, and system integrators Lead revenue generation through direct sales, proposals, and strategic negotiations. Define regional and national sales targets in alignment with company goals. Channel Development Appoint and manage dealers/distributors across regions for structured sales growth. Monitor partner performance, resolve issues, and support in achieving targets. Optimize the channel network to drive long-term business sustainability.
