You will be working as an Executive Business Development Executive in Mumbai, India. Your main objective will be to manage all sales activities in the assigned territory, from lead generation to closure. It will be your responsibility to create and execute a Marketing Plan that aligns with both personal and business objectives to expand the customer base in the marketing area. You will collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and the achievement of long-term account goals in line with the company's vision and values. Your key responsibilities will include developing a sales strategy and forecasting sales and revenue generation. You will work with the Sales Manager to create an annual business plan that outlines the activities to be undertaken throughout the fiscal year to help the Sales Associate meet or exceed the sales quota. It will be essential for you to have a comprehensive understanding of pricing and proposal models. As an Executive Business Development Executive, you should be able to engage in business conversations with business owners and decision-makers. Your role will involve identifying new prospects and client categories in the region to promote the company's products. You will need to sell consultatively and provide recommendations to prospects and clients on the various solutions offered by the company to address their business challenges. Building a database of qualified leads through various methods such as referrals, telephone canvassing, cold calling, direct mail, email, and networking will be part of your responsibilities. You will also support the implementation of company marketing plans when required. Developing client relationships and referrals will be crucial, along with the ability to gather detailed business information for underwriting, pricing, and presenting solutions to prospects" business problems. Maintaining accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within your assigned territory, using tools like Microsoft Outlook to maximize the potential of the territory, will be essential.
