Role & Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging lesson plans in Social Science that align with the curriculum standards. Implement effective classroom management techniques to foster a positive learning environment. Assess and monitor student progress through a variety of evaluative techniques and provide actionable feedback. Encourage critical thinking and collaborative learning among students through diverse instructional strategies. Maintain clear communication with parents/guardians regarding student achievements and areas for improvement. Participate in faculty meetings and professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices and share knowledge with peers. Must-Have Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field. Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in Social Science. Strong understanding of the curriculum and educational best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with students and foster a supportive learning environment. Preferred Master's degree in Education or Social Science. Experience in integrating technology into the classroom.
