Job Title: TGT Social Science Teacher Location: India (On-site) Role Responsibilities Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and teaching materials for Social Science subjects. Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and provide feedback. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners. Utilize various instructional strategies to encourage active participation and critical thinking. Organize and participate in extracurricular activities related to Social Science. Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall learning experience. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic performance. Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and concerns. Incorporate technology and other resources to enrich the learning experience. Stay updated with the latest developments in Social Science education and teaching methodologies. Prepare students for examinations and provide necessary support to ensure their success. Implement classroom rules and manage student behavior effectively. Mentor and guide students in academic and personal development. Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles and needs. Participate in staff meetings and professional development programs. Qualifications Local candidates will be prefered. CTET Qualified. Master’s degree in Social Science or related field. Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is required. Proven experience as a Social Science teacher, preferably at the TGT level. Strong understanding of the curriculum and teaching standards in India. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire students. Proficiency in using educational technology and tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Commitment to continuous professional development. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and administration. Relevant certifications in teaching or education management is a plus. Understanding of inclusive education practices.
